How to order
1. Official website inquiry
Choose the items you need and click the :ADD TO ENQUIRY on each page, click the “checkout” and fill in the feedback form,then submit

Samples

Usually we don't need sample charges for regular products, but you need to balance the shipping cost from our factory. For fresh new

items, the sample charges will be confirmed depending on if the mould or materials are available.

Price and discount

Please note all the price we quote are based on EXW conditions. Shipping cost will be quoted according to order quantity, packing

weight or dimensions. We also offer discount for bulk orders, please contact us representative for details.

Shipment

Usually we ship the goods to clients via DHL, UPS, TNT ,FEDEX and so on. When details confirmed by both of us, you will be quoted the

shipping cost via our express account. Or we can ship out the goods via your account if available. You will get the goods within 3-5 days

after shipment. For bulk order, you can choose shipment by air or by sea. Our representative will help you on this issue.

Payment

Usually we need payment in advance before shipment. Wire transfer is recommended, Western Union or Paypal transfer is acceptable

for small orders. Please consult our representative for details.

Lead time

Normally 1 or 2 weeks after receipt of payment. The exact lead date should be finally informed by our representative depending on the

order quantity or other business reasons.

Please send us your full specifications including drawing of CAD or 3D files, materials requirements,length,color,packing,logo with your

order quantity and contact infomation, our sales representative will contact you back.

Return&Exchange

We accept the goods can be returned or exchanged within 5 working days after the goods arrived. On the condition that quality problems

are found and approved by Us. If your order does arrive damaged due to shipping, you must keep the original carton and packing for

inspection by the carrier. Damages or mis-shipped items must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. Replacements will be

made within 30 days of receipt of shipment.Customer is responsible for the returning shipping fee.
